4. Freight Shipping (Large Equipment)
Cold plunge tubs, chillers, and full systems may ship via freight delivery. Important details:

Curbside delivery is standard

The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment

Someone must be present to receive the shipment

Inspect the packaging before signing for delivery

If there is visible damage, note it with the driver immediately
For hidden damage discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

At this time, Strong Roots primarily ships within the United States.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We want your order to arrive safely.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package shows no movement for several days, contact us and we will initiate a claim with the carrier.
Stolen packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive it:

Look for delivery notices or alternate drop-off locations

Notify us if the package is still missing
We will support you through the claim process, but Strong Roots is not liable for packages stolen after delivery.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details. If an incorrect address is entered:
